Pilot customers must read the setup guide, confirm compatibility, and stop use if anything feels loose, unstable, sharp, pinching, or difficult to release.
Compatible setups only
Use only with listed compatible accessories and within the stated load, position, and surface conditions provided in the pilot guide.
No risky modification
Do not drill, cut, overload, suspend, stand on, attach powered motion systems, or alter locking parts without written approval.
Immediate stop conditions
Stop use after cracks, slipping locks, unexpected movement, difficult release, device drop, injury, or any near-miss event.

Find the right testers before trying to sell broadly.
We are recruiting a small number of serious testers who can report what fails first: clamp, base, guide alignment, slipping, comfort, or device compatibility.

Tester screening
Confirm adult status, device, region, setup problem, and willingness to give feedback.
Step 2
Feedback batch
5-10 early units focused on wobble, alignment, slipping, comfort, and setup time.
Step 3
Paid pilot decision
20-50 serial-numbered units only if tester feedback shows enough real demand.

FAQ
Short answers before you apply to test.
Is this ready for broad sale?
No. The current goal is validation with a small number of users. We need practical feedback before wider sales, final pricing, and final compatibility claims.
Will the package be discreet?
The pilot plan uses plain outer packaging. Billing, customs, tax, insurance, and platform descriptions still need to remain accurate.
Can I use any accessory with it?
No. Pilot use should stay within the compatibility list, weight limits, surface conditions, and setup instructions provided with the unit.
What happens if I find a defect?
Stop use immediately and contact support with the serial number, product photos, and a description of what happened. Do not continue testing after cracks, slipping, device drops, release failures, or near-miss events.
Is the product protected by patent application?
Yes. A patent application has been filed for the original mounting structure and related design approach: China patent application No. 202611019525.9, filed July 9, 2026. The pilot batch is intended for evaluation, not unauthorized copying or reproduction.
